Objectives: |
This popular pub and eating place has become the 100th business in Lancashire to gain the tourist's board quality assessment Taste Lancashire, run in conjunction with local produce champion Made in Lancashire. A remarkable achievement as the scheme - one of the first in Britain - has only been running about 18 months after a successful pilot. Tourist Board Chair Lesley Lloyd will be presenting a plaque and certificate. Taste Lancashire asseses everything from hygiene and customer care, to presentation and use of local produce. There are Quality and Highest Quality Awards to be achieved in the scheme. |
